I never had a teaching like this..woo oo. The prayer at the end shook my soul. I was yawning about 30 times during the prayer (unusual). But I did sleep well last night after the prayer. I don’t know for how many years I’ve had nightmares, and I would wake up about 7/8 times at night..but last night I slept like a baby and I woke up rejuvenated. I will continue to watch all your videos and do the 12 steps.
