RE:  ALASKA PRISON SERVICE: VERY CHALLANGING!

Hi Friends. I recently held a repentance service at the Florence Correctional Facility in Florence, Arizona that is filled with people who were arrested for serious crimes in Alaska. They are contracted out to Arizona. The chapel was packed to capacity and over half were native Indians from Alaska. While I was waiting for the prisoners to complete the song service I felt demons attacking me and my heart started pounding. I had to rebuke them several times just to be able to get up to preach.  My wife looked concerned and I did not really feel like speaking. The chapel was filled with rapists, murderers and the demon possessed. I decided to preach a hard message on sin, demon possession and phony Christianity using the Greek text. At the alter call only 7 or 8 men were weeping.  A few more looked scared but, did not come up for prayer.  After the service only 4 men came up for special prayer.  I was exhausted and could not wait to leave and re-group.  The chaplain is a wonderful Christian with a good heart and a sincere desire to see the men helped. I did not pray and fast enough for the service and it did not go as I had hoped. I learned my lesson. I plan to go back.  Bro. Mike

HOLY GHOST STRIKES WOMEN’S JAIL IN PHOENIX. VERY UNUSUAL SERVICE.

Hi Friends. Thank you for your prayers.  Last Tuesday’s service in the women’s tents was unusual.  The chapel was packed however, half way thru my sermon on being delivered from the devil, 10 women had to get up and leave; causing a significant disturbance.  However, I continued teaching.  At the altar call something strange happened.  I got urge to pray for them as if I was them calling their mother or father from the jail to apologize for my life and to tell them they were finally receiving their miracle mercy and healing they had always dreamed about.  The entire group began to sob with conviction.  Every woman but two got saved and touched by God. It was surreal.  There was weeping and heaving all over the room.  Six women got healed from clinical depression.  Two got delivered from demons. I was crying so hard I could hardly pray for them.  They were surging toward the Lord.  Thank you for your helpful prayers.  These hurting women need your help and the love of God.  Bro. Mike

HOLY GHOST VISITS MARICOPA COUNTY JAIL CHAPEL.  REMARKABLE!

Hi Dear Friends. Last Tuesday at the Maricopa County jail the Holy Ghost arrived right on time.  Many were, as Sister Etter use to to say, “brightly converted.”  I taught on agape/phileo/pathos/eros love in the Greek.  I mentioned that it does not mean “l o v e” as in English and I illustrated for them that, because of their lifestyle, they did not actually “love” God.  The sermon hit some kind of nerve.  In the back a woman was weeping profusely with her hands up begging the Lord to help her truly love Him.  I came up behind her and told her the Lord wanted to bless her with the Holy Ghost.  I lightly put my hands on the top of her head and suddenly the Spirit hit her hard. SHE RAPIDLY FLEW PAST ME SLAMMED INTO THE BLOCK WALL BEHIND US!  I was amazed.  After striking the wall she slid down, landing in a seated position with her legs straight out.  I was concerned that she had sustained a back injury.  At the conclusion of the service she left the chapel, as if NOTHING HAD HAPPENED, happy and in awe of the Lord.
