“To open the eyes of born again Christians & turn them from the deception of demons to a true & accurate representation of Christianity & from the lies of the Devil to the Truth of God. That they might understand that evil spirits have over-run Christianity in North America, that Christians can be infected (not possessed) with demons & that they can receive forgiveness of sins, physical healing & deliverance from demonic diseases, mental illness & receive an inheritance among those that are sanctified by Faith in Christ.”
Charter
HARDCORE CHRISTIANITY: H.C.C. is a non-denominational, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation specializing in healing, teaching and deliverance. It is based on Matthew, Mark, Luke & John and patterns it’s practice after the Book of Acts. It’s board members include one licensed Assembly of God pastor and two former Arizona prison chaplains. The ministry also operates the House of Healing and the Charity Counselor’s Association in central Phoenix.
Profiles in Ministry
MICHAEL W. SMITH: Mr. Smith has a Master’s Degree in counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in rehabilitation and worked as a certified counselor in Maricopa County for 23 years and in the field of rehabilitation for 25 years prior to entering the ministry on Christmas Day 2005.
His prior certification credentials included work as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified General Counselor (Arizona & Nebraska), Certified Insurance Rehabilitation Specialist, Certified Earnings Analyst, Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Job Placement Specialist and Forensic Vocational Expert (He was an expert witness in Superior, Federal & Industrial courts in Arizona, Nevada, Texas and California).
Mr. Smith is a graduate of Anaheim High School and Emporia State University in Kansas and he has two daughters and two granddaughters living near Tucson, Arizona. He studied Greek at Western Bible College in Arizona. Mr. Smith has been on the radio for 9 years and his current radio programs and newsletters, which contain dramatic healing & deliverance testimonies, can be accessed on this web site. The radio programs currently air on KXXT/1010AM, M-F @ 7:30 AM and KXEG/1280AM, M-F at 7:00 AM, Arizona time.
Mr. Smith’s experience includes work as a jail preacher at the Maricopa Country Sheriff’s Office, prison preacher at the Arizona Department of Corrections, Bible teacher at the Central Phoenix Day Program, Bible teacher at the Phoenix Dream Center, Chapel teacher at the Casa Grande Home of Hope, prison preacher at Correction Corporation of America, drug/alcohol counselor at Teen Challenge Christian Life Ranch, Bible teacher at Streets of Joy Rehabilitation Center, Bible teacher at House of Refuge Rehabilitation Center & private Christian counselor & evangelist. His ministry specializes in inner healing, counseling, physical healing & deliverance.
Mr. Smith has been a guest on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), POW Network and Joy in Our Town television & radio shows discussing mental health issues and how Christians can be healed from addictions and mental & emotional illness.
KAREN L. SMITH: Mrs. Smith has a Master’s Degree in Education and has worked as a licensed middle school teacher for 19 years. She is a graduate of Long Beach State University and Arizona State University and is involved with H.C.C. in the areas of administration, worship and prayer for the sick.
SCOTT EUGENE HENSLER: Mr. Hensler brings extensive experience in deliverance and healing into the ministry. He has almost 15 years of volunteer experience with search & rescue and law enforcement agencies and he has National Search & Rescue Association Certifications. Mr. Hensler has been in the deliverance ministry since 2001 with two other ministries in Maricopa Country and with Calvary Chapel in Idaho. He has also worked with The Healing Rooms of Spokane, WA. in 2009. Mr. Hensler has over 30 years experience in the hi-tech communication & electrical engineering industries and he works with H.C.C. in the areas of deliverance, healing & DVD, CD & television show productions. He manages and operates Scott Hensler Productions media voice-over-video & wildernessgeek.com website storefront supplying Outfitter Gear. Both are a Conceived Innovations Company based out of Idaho.
SANDY KNUTSON: Ms. Knutson relocated to Phoenix, AZ in April of 2011, from Albuquerque, N.M. to join the staff at H.C.C. She is involved in the areas of sales, CD/DVD ministry, deliverance, prayer for the sick and administration. Ms. Knutson recently retired from United Parcel Service as a driver after 25 years of service in New Mexico. She holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies, is a member of Kappa Lambda Honor Society, Kaplan University National Society of Collegiate Scholars & she also works for the Phoenix Agency in Albuquerque, NM. Her warm heart and patient understanding of the broken hearted has been a loving asset to the ministry.
